Sheila Baker

Sheila Baker, 79 of Symsonia, KY passed away at her home, Sunday, October 4th. She was born February 21, 1947 to Kenneth and Runelle McGregor of Oak Level. 

She married Danny Baker, of Hardin Kentucky. She leaves behind her son, Chad Baker and daughter in law, Beth of Symsonia; granddaughters, Cheyenne Yancy of Benton, Peyton Walker and her husband Ethan of Benton, Camille Milam and her husband Corey of Symsonia and great granddaughter, Lucy Yancy of Benton.

Sheila was a pharmacy tech for Murray Hospital and retired to spend time traveling and with family. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton.  She loved getting together with her classmates, and dear friends for lunch and traveling with her sister Janda. She loved her grandchildren and great granddaughter dearly and was able to attend all their important life events. She enjoyed shopping and always found the best birthday cards. She was known as "Gran" to everyone and will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Danny, sister Janda Hawkins of Benton, and grandson Caleb Baker.

A private graveside service will be held at Benton Cemetery. Arrangements are being provided by Collier Funeral Home in Benton.
