Shawna Rene Cary

Shawna Rene Cary, 53 of Calvert City, KY passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY.

Born Saturday, October 31, 1970 in Benton, KY. she was the daughter of the late Frank Cary and Denise Watkins Coe of Columbia, PA.

Surviving are her mother; daughter, Savannah Cary of Calvert City, KY; sisters, Chrishna Beth Cary of Paducah, KY, Traci Holland of Doniphan, MO, Alyssa Cary of Springfield, MO, and Lynsi Beckett of Greenville, MO; and brother, Michael Cary of Grand Rivers, KY,

She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Cary; paternal grandparents, Leonard "Shorty" Cary and Myrlin Cary Thweatt and her maternal grandparents, John and Pearl Watkins.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 4 PM at the Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jeremy Hudgin officiating.

Burial to follow at Benton Cemetery in Benton, Kentucky.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 2 PM until 4 PM at Collier Funeral Home, Inc. located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, Kentucky 42025.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in the name of her daughter; Savannah Cary C/O Steve and Cynthia Cary 829 Colonial Drive Benton, KY 42025.
