Penny Dukes

Penny Dukes, 62 of Grand Rivers, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at her daughter's home.

Penny was born in Sterling, Illinois on October 30, 1963 to the late Keith Scott and Sharon Albus Scott.  She was a member of Little Cypress Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jerrica Stamps (Nathan) of Symsonia, KY; son, Jacob Scott of Grand Rivers, KY; sister, Paula Malone of Benton, KY; three grandchildren, Carter Goin, Caiden Stamps and Harper Scott.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Brian Scott, Jeff Scott and Barry Scott; and her parents.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
