Laura L. Burkhart

Ms. Laura L. Burkhart, age 45 of Benton, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.  She loved and enjoyed being outdoors.

Born Tuesday, April 17, 1979 in Murray, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Leon Burkhart and the late Angela (Byerley) Burkhart. 

Surviving are her father, Leon Burkhart of Benton, KY, sister, Ledonna Turner (Timmy) of Benton, KY, aunts, Neva Houser, Janet Dobbs (Tommy), and uncle, Steve Byerley (Debbie), and several cousins.

A Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Oather Ruby officiating. 

Interment will follow in Dunn Cemetery, Benton, KY.

Visitation will be held between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Collier Funeral Home.
