David L. Durbin

David L. Durbin, 75 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025 at his home.

David was born in Decatur, Illinois on January 8, 1950 to the late Dean Durbin and Betty Cheeley Durbin.  He served our country in the United States Air Force as a medic during Vietnam.  David enjoyed spending time fishing.

He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Eula Montgomery Durbin; son, Steve Durbin (Jennifer Migneco) of St. Louis, MO; daughter, Angela Neely (James) of Moweaqua, IL; step-son, Clayton Arnold (Kendra) of Bloomington, IL; step-daughter, Olivia Arnold Smith (Erik) of Decatur, IL; brother, Charles Durbin of Decatur, IL; six grandchildren, Jacob Durbin, Kylie Durbin, Liam Neely, Eleanore Arnold, Larry McCray and Lincoln Smith.

He was preceded in death by brother, Tom Durbin and his parents.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
