Dale Sterling

Dale Sterling, 40 of Hardin, KY died on Saturday, April 15, 2023 in Hardin, KY.


He was an avid hunter but his favorite was duck hunting and turkey hunting. He also enjoyed going bowfishing.

Born Thursday, April 29, 1982 in Paducah, KY, he was the son of Kenneth Sterling, Sr. of Paducah, KY and Cheryl (Ashford) Clark husband Kendell of Calvert City, KY.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by sons, Dakota Sterling of Hardin, KY, Brayden Sterling of Hardin, KY, Leighton Tindell of Benton, KY; daughters, Chandra Sterling of Eddyville, KY, Kaitlyn Sterling of Benton, KY, Alexis Tindell of Benton, KY, Lilliana Walker of Metropolis, IL; sister, Beth Sterling of Hardin, KY; half sister, Hope Sterling; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Cory Sterling; and half brother, Arvin "Bubba" Sterling.

A funeral service will be at 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025 with the Rev. Chris Young officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Collier Funeral Home.
