Clifford Lee Boughton

Clifford Lee Boughton, 84 of Gilbertsville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, Kentucky.

Clifford was born in Boscobel, Wisconsin on September 15, 1940 to the late Ira Boughton and Florence Rogers Boughton.  He worked as a lineman for Commonwealth Edison.  Clifford was a jack-of-all-trades who could fix anything.  He enjoyed spending time boating, fishing and camping but more than anything, he cherished the time spent with his family. 

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara Vorndran Boughton; son, Klint Boughton (Debra) of Gilbertsville; daughters, Monique "Dee" Moore (Jimmie) of Byron, IL and Angel Hagerman (Dave) of Virden, IL; brother, Ellis Boughton (Pam); sisters, Judith Salava and Joan Lengyel (Paul); twelve grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Roger Boughton; sister, Eileen Baier; and his parents.
