Clara N. Lathram

Clara Nell Lathram, 97 of Benton, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at Marshall County Hospital in Benton, Kentucky.

Born Monday, February 14, 1927 in Saint Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Vernon Coleman and the late Ruby Grugett  Coleman. She retired as the Payroll Clerk of Bank of Marshall County. She was the oldest member of New Harmony Baptist Church. 

Surviving are daughter, Ginger Boatright (Ricky) of Benton, KY; grandchildren, Darron Boatright of Benton, KY, Ryan Boatright (Janet) of Calvert City, Zach Lathram (Abbey) of Bowling Green, KY, Eli Lathram (Chelsey) of Murray, KY , and Ally Russell (Aaron) of Gilbertsville, KY and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 57 years, George Lathram,  son, Scott Lathram, and sister, Nora Ferguson.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at 2 PM at Collier Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Scott Penick and Bro. Lance Cordle officiating.

Burial to follow at Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton, KY.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 1, 2025 from 11 AM until 2 PM at Collier Funeral Home, Inc located at 211 West 5th Street Benton, KY 42025.
