Charles "Chuck" Conley

Charles "Chuck" Conley, age 93 passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

Born Monday, August 31, 1931 in Sheridan, WY, he was the son of the late Charles A. Conley and the late Hazel (Cossitt) Conley.

He was a chemical engineer in the lab at BF Goodrich. He volunteered at Marshall County Needline for over 30 years and was a member of Christian Fellowship Church.

He is survived by his sons, Terry Conley of Laramie, WY, Bill Conley, wife, Michaelyn of Hopwood, PA, Tim Walker of Benton, KY; daughters, Valerie Conley of Benton, KY, Deanne Turley, husband, Stephen of Springfield, MO; grandchildren, Chana Conley, Ashley Davis, husband, Will, Evan Conley, wife, Chloe, Hunter Conley, wife, Christine, Rachel Harris, husband, Adam, Bethany Halbert, husband, Caleb, Luke Turley, wife, Tricia, April Smith, husband, Sean, Randi Park, husband, Jonggyu, Trent Walker; and 19 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Millicent (Smith) Conley; his parents; and brothers, William A. Conley and Bruce Conley.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home, located at 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025 with the Rev. Richie Clendenen officiating.

Interment will follow the service in Marshall Co. Memory Gardens, Benton, KY.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Collier Funeral Home.
