Mrs. Betty Jean Knight

Mrs. Betty Jean Knight, 88, of Salem, KY, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehabilitation Center. 
Mrs. Knight was born February 22, 1933.  She liked to sew and quilt. She loved doing anything the grandkids wanted to do.
She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Hackney of Marion, KY, Linda Barron (Chuck) of Marion, KY, Diann Martin (Donald) of Eddyville, KY, Gail Knight-Easley (Anthony) of Marion, KY and Cindy Travis (Davy) of Salem, KY; sons, Jackie Knight (Rosell) of Eddyville, KY, and Timmy Knight of Gilbertsville, KY; sister, Ann Dwinell of House Springs, MO; brother, Billy Riley of IN; grandchildren, Vincent Gott, Shannon Porterfield, Shane Hackney, Tony Stoner, Craig Stoner, Danny Stoner, Heather Loveless, Brianna Martin, Anessia Griffin, Andrew Loveless, Jacqueline Dunbar, Jeff Knight, April Mangnum, Cole Easley, Hanna Tolley, Kacie Easley; Kali Travis, and Kaiden Travis; 21 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Knight; daughter, Shirley Gott; sisters, Mary Workman and Dorothy Peek; brothers, James Riley and David Riley; son-in-law, Dale Hackney; and her parents, James and Zada Teague Riley.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, December 3, 2021 at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.  Burial will follow at Hebron Cemetery. 
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour on Friday, December 3, 2021 in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem, KY.
