Jerry Allen Davenport

Mr. Jerry Allen Davenport, 77, of Hampton, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Jerry was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army.
He is survived by his sister, Terry (Mark) Shanks of Effingham, IL; and one nephew, Paul Lemon Stafford of Missouri.
Jerry was preceded in death by his sister, Vicky Davenport Bowers; and his parents, Allen Randolph and Ella Marie (Overfield) Davenport.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 1 PM, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services, with Rev. John East officiating.
Burial will follow in Lola Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 11 AM until the funeral hour.
