Tommy C. Underwood

Mr. Thomas Clay Underwood, 67 of New Concord, KY, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2022, at his home.
 
Mr. Underwood was born October 12, 1954, in Murray, KY, he was the son of the late Hobert and Martha (Key) Underwood.  He was retired sheet metal mechanic with Southern Sheetmetal in Murray, KY.  and was of the Baptist faith.
 
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Beverly (Allbritten) Underwood of New Concord, KY; children, Marty Underwood of New Concord, KY, Daniel Underwood of Puryear, TN, Crystal Yearry of New Concord, KY; brother, Jerry Underwood of Wynn, AR; sister, Wanda Snow of Hazel, KY; and grandchildren, Logan Underwood, Laramie Underwood, Gabriel Underwood, Chyenne Underwood, Heath Underwood, Jasmine Yearry, Caitlyn Yearry and Joseph Yearry, Jr.
 
Tommy was preceded in death by her parents, son, Micah Underwood and brother, Keith Underwood.
 
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home in Murray, KY.
 
Friends may visit with the family Wednesday, August 3, 2022, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, 713 S. 4^th St., Murray, KY 42071.
