Sharon Kay (Bell) Prescott

Mrs. Sharon Kay (Bell) Prescott, 72, of Murray, KY, passed away Monday, July 1, 2024, at Lakeway Nursing and Rehabilitation in Benton, KY.
 
Sharon was born December 28, 1951, in Danville, IL, to the late Harry Thomas Bell and Audra (Kimberlin) Bell.  She retired as a pharmacy tech from Walter’s Pharmacy.
 
Those left behind to cherish memories of Sharon are nieces, Rene Haneline and Tracey Fogle, and nephew Kelly Prescott. 
 
In addition to her parents, Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Ray “Ronnie” Prescott, on Friday, June 28, 2024, and her sister Linda Prescott.
 
A joint graveside service for Ronnie and Sharon will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Hicks Cemetery, Murray, KY, with Rev. Shelby Underhill officiating. Burial will follow the service. No public visitation will be held.
 
Serving as pallbearers will be Kenny Hammonds, Curtis Hammonds, Cody Haneline, Scott Haneline, Walter Mehr and Dustin Garland. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Kelly Prescott, Bryce Hammonds, and Austin Hammonds.
