Ronald Roger Ratliff

Ronald Roger Ratliff, 84 of Almo, KY, passed away Monday, March 7, 2022, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center, Mayfield, KY.  

Mr. Ratliff was born in Pikeville, KY on February 12, 1938, to the late Buck Ratliff and Cecila (Coleman) Ratliff. He was a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force and a retired manager with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a Kentucky Colonel.

He was member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Murray, KY.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Marie Ratliff of Albuquerque, NM; brothers, Michael Ratliff, Gary Dean Ratliff, wife Patricia; sister, Linda Coleman, husband Joe; sister-in-law, Erina Ratliff; grandchildren, Nathan Bogue and Craig Bogue, wife Jaclyn; great-grandchildren, Sean Bogue and Taylor Bogue. Also surviving are 13 nieces and nephews.

Mr. Ratliff was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marjorie (Best) Ratliff, daughter, Deborah Ann Bogue Giammona, brother, Jerry Ratliff.
 
No memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service is scheduled.
