Roger Alan Miller

Roger Alan Miller, 66 of Almo, KY, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024, at Murray Calloway Co. Hospital, Murray, KY.
 
Born in Jacksonville, FL on June 11, 1957, Roger was the son of the late David Miller and Bessie (Blakey) Strange. He was a self-employed heavy equipment mechanic, as owner and operator of R & D Equipment Repair, Inc., in Almo, KY.  Roger was a member of First Christian Church in Murray. 
 
Those left behind to cherish memories of Roger are his wife and soul mate, Dianne (Nickerson) Miller of Almo, KY; his mother, Bessie (Blakey) Strange of Dublin, GA; his children, Jeremiah of Almo, KY, Nikki of Macon, GA, Eric of Hardin, KY, Shawn of Macon, GA, and Gideon of Murray, KY; 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are siblings, Tom Miller of Toomsboro, GA, Dyona (Jerry) Woodard of Dublin, GA, and Nancy Smith of Dublin, GA.
 
In addition to his father, David Miller, Roger was preceded in death by a son, Alan.
 
In accordance with his wishes, Roger’s family will honor his life privately, without holding a public service.
