Patricia Nieman

Mrs. Patricia Nieman, 70 of Murray, KY, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at home. 
  
Born on February 27, 1955, in Canton, MS, Patricia was the daughter of the late Hamp and Ethel (Lewis) Blunt.  She was a self-employed cosmetologist for 50 years and honorably served her country in the U.S. Army.  Patricia was a member of St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church in Chicago, IL.                                
 
Those left to cherish memories of Patricia include her husband of 46 years, Kenneth J. Nieman of Murray; daughters, Tammie Anita Blunt (Ryan) Drzewiecki of Winfield, IN, Tina Marie Blunt (Glen) Evans of St. John, IN, Kristie Ellen Nieman (James) Lacy of Richton Park, IL; grandchildren, Romeo (Markeya) Hoover of Crown Point, IN, Malik (Alenah) Hoover of Hobart, IN, DeShaun (Tyler) Hoover of Crown Point, IN, Trinity Marie Evans of St. John, IN, Lena Lacy, Aria Lacy and Alex Lacy, all of Richton Park, IL; and great-grandchildren, Camari and Ava Mae Hoover.  Also surviving are a brother, Anderson Blunt of Blue Island, IL; sisters, Rosie Lee Harris of Lynwood IL, Sherrion King of Hazel Crest, IL, Deloris Robinson of Park Forest, IL, Gloria Blunt and Felicia Parker both of Sioux City, IA.
 
 In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her son, Eddie Darnell Blunt; a sister, Ella Mae Blunt; and brothers, Bobby Guyton, Hamp Blunt, Ralph Blunt, and Freddie Blunt.
 
In accordance with her wishes, no public visitation or services will be held.
