Moranda Collins Helms

Ms. Moranda Rena’ Collins Helms, 36 of Murray, KY, passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025, in Steelville, MO. 
  
Born on January 23, 1989, in Jefferson City, MO, Moranda was the daughter of Lindsey Lee Collins of Murray, KY and the late Virginia May (Curtis) Collins.  She was a baker for a cookie company. She attended Murray High School, Murray, KY.
 
Those left to cherish memories of Moranda include her son, Tony Lee Helms, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL; siblings, Justin Lee Collins of Murray, KY, Ashley Lynn (Jason Ryan Messer) Brown of Almo, KY, Matthew Todd Padgett, Jr. of Cuba, MO, Dylan Paul Padgett of Hopkinsville, KY, and Taylor Pietraschke of Owensville, MO; biological father, Randall (Melody) Pietraschke of Owensville, MO; nieces and nephews, Harley Elizabeth Collins, Carter Lee Collins, and Caleb Christopher Collins.
 
Moranda was preceded in death by her mother.
 
A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home with John Dale officiating.
 
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, June 28, 2025, after 12:00 noon until the service hour at 2:00 p.m. at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 713 South 4^th Street, Murray, KY.
