Mitchell L. Allbritten

Mr. Mitchell Lee Allbritten, 66 of New Concord, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 16, 
2026, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital. 

Born June 3, 1959, in Henry County, Tennessee, Mitchell was the son of the late Charles Duran 
Allbritten and Berline (Green) Allbritten. He worked in assembly at Jakel Incorporated in 
Murray, until the plant’s closure. 

Those left to cherish memories of Mitchell include a brother, Buron Allbritten; sisters, Beverly 
Underwood and Belinda Hart; niece, Jessica Hart, and nephew, Charles Hart, all of New 
Concord. 

In addition to his parents, Mitchell was preceded in death by brothers, Michael David Allbritten, 
Marty Allbritten, and Mark Allen Allbritten; and a brother-in-law, Tommy Underwood. 
Honoring Mitchell’s wishes, his family will remember him privately, with no public visitation or 
services to be held.
