Larry E. Salmon

Mr. Larry Edwin Salmon, 62 of Benton, KY, passed away Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Marshall County Hospital.
 
Born November 16, 1962, in Murray, KY, Larry was the son of the late George Salmon and the late Joyce Ann (Bishop) Robinson. He retired after 20 years from Stahler’s Dairy Farm where he was considered a member of their family, as well as an employee. Larry was a member of First United Methodist Church in Murray.
 
Those left behind to cherish Larry’s memory are his daughter, Heather Davis-Turley of Clinton, KY; grandsons, Cole Davis and Jake Davis of Clinton; sister, Melissa Alexander of Buchanan, TN; niece, Taylor Madison Griffith; and nephews, Justin Willoughby, Scott Alexander, Kyle Alexander, Chris Alexander, Jeff Moryle, Clint Moryle, and Jordan Bryant.
 
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by a brother, Paul McDermott and sisters, Rita Prater and Carol McClain.
 
A Celebration of Life service will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, with Bro. Jim Stahler officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at the Murray City Cemetery.
 
Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. funeral hour, at the Blalock-Coleman Funeral Home, 713 S. 4th St., Murray, KY 42071.
