Farless is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. She comes to Mercy Primary Care - Lyon County from Paducah Family Medicine. She is a member of the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners and Nurse Midwives and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
