Two injured in Graves County collision

Two people were injured in a Thursday morning traffic accident in Graves County.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said the crash occured just before 9 am at the intersection of KY 80 East and KY 303.

A vehicle operated by 64-year-old Timothy Jones of Wingo turned in front of a vehicle operated by 69-year-old Shirel Carr of Mayfield.

Carr and a passenger in the Jones vehicle, 58-year-old Teresa Jones were both taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment.
