A Paducah man and a Marshall County woman were sentenced to prison terms Monday in U.S.district court for their roles in a meth distribution conspiracy. 

U.S. Attorney of the Western District Michael Bennett said 43-year-old Angela Dawn Moore and 44-year-old Kevin Bellamy of Paducah were sentenced for conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.

The charges stemmed from seizures made by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office in January 2021, and Kentucky State Police in March 2021.  

Moore was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison followed by five years of supervised release. 

Bellamy was sentenced to four years in prison followed by three years of supervised release.

There is no parole in the federal system.
