Three-vehicle crash on Cairo Road sends two to hospital

A three vehicle crash in McCracken County on Sunday sent two people to the hospital.

McCracken County Sheriff deputies were called to Cairo Road and Commerce Drive for the collision.

Deputies said Jade Maiden of Paducah attempted to turn left into a private driveway and collided with a vehicle driven by Larry Evers of Paducah.

The force of the impact caused Maiden’s vehicle to spin into a third vehicle, and for Evers’ vehicle to leave the roadway and cause damage to nearby property.

Evers and his passenger were transported to a local hospital for treatment of njuries.

Cairo Road was shut down for approximately 1 hour.
