At least a half dozen Christmas parades will take place this Saturday across the region. Here's a look at the holiday lineup:

Arlington - 11am
It's Carlisle County's annual "Christmas Around the Block" parade and toy drive.

Metropolis - 3pm
Line-up is at Washington Park, then the parade will proceed up Ferry and Market Streets and end at Walgreens.

Paducah - 5pm
After last year's "reverse parade" in the park due to the pandemic, the traditional format returns to Broadway in downtown Paducah. This year, the theme will be, 'It's a SUPER Christmas!'

Murray - 5pm
The Rotary Light Up Murray Christmas parade will take place along Main Street.

Marion, KY - 5pm
The parade will begin at the US-641 intersection and run through the downtown area to First Street.

Calvert City - 6pm
The 62nd annual Calvert City parade begins at Fifth Avenue and KY 95, then proceeds along Fifth Avenue to the Calvert City Civic Center, where Santa will meet with children.  Parade entries should assemble at Pathway Baptist Church at 4:40 pm.

Cadiz - 6pm

On Saturday the 11th, Clinton will celebrate their parade at 1 pm, the Princeton parade happens at 5pm, and Benton will hold its "Holiday Heroes" lighted parade at 6pm.

On Saturday the 18th, the Ballard County parade will take place in LaCenter at 6pm. It'll be preceded by live music at 4pm in LaCenter Park.

Parades already took place last weekend in Mayfield and Salem.
