The overturned semi at the Cairo bridge has been cleared, and normal two-way traffic has resumed.

Ballard County 911 Dispatch reports that a semi overturned on the US 51 Ohio River "Cairo" Bridge connecting Kentucky and Illinois.
Both travel lanes are blocked at this time. The truck is hanging over the guardrail on the Kentucky approach to the bridge.
Estimated duration is 4 hours, or after 7 p.m.
