Concrete work begins Wednesday in downtown Murray

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to close one block of US 641 in downtown Murray on Wednesday.

Crews will be installing new concrete roadway on South 4th Street from Maple Street to Poplar Street, just off the southeast corner of the court square.

The road will be closed to through traffic for several weeks. Local access will be maintained for businesses and residents.
