Report of a burglary nets Eddyville man on drug charges

A report of a burglary in Lamasco ended with an Eddyville man in jail on drug charges.

Lyon County Sheriff's deputies were called to a home off KY 1097, last week, for what was reported as an active burglary. Deputies found 55-year-old Kyle T. Robertson at the home and reported that he was under the influence. 

Robertson was arrested and charged with marijuana possession and public intoxication. He was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center.
