Police seek info about missing Paducah teen

Paducah police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing teen.

Police said Nora Howard was last seen on Bridge Street in Paducah wearing a white hoodie. She may be carrying a multi-color backpack.

She's described as a white female, about 5'1" and 120 pounds.
