Pair of mobile home fires on same Water Valley property deemed suspicious

The Graves County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help after two recent mobile home fires.

Sheriff Jon Hayden said both mobile homes were situated on the same property located on Depot Street in Water Valley. Neither home was lived in, and they were undergoing repairs.

The first home caught fire in October, and the second fire happened on November 17.

Sheriff Hayden said they were extinguished by the Water Valley Fire Department and were a total loss.

He noted that neither mobile home had any power connected, and both fires were deemed suspicious.

Anyone with information about the fires is asked to contact the Graves County Sheriff’s Office.
