A middle Tennessee man has pleaded guilty to the 2014 murder of a Murfreesboro man and the 2021 murder of a Hickory man.
Enrique Dane DeCourcey was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Wednesday for the August 2014 murder of Danny J. Wright in his driveway in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
On Thursday, DeCourcey plead guilty in Graves Circuit Court to the August 2021 murder of Darian Williams in Hickory.
DeCourcey was accused of having a friend help him rent a car to drive to Mayfield. Kentucky State Police investigators said he waited for Williams, followed him home, then shot him at near point-blank range.
The friend was sentenced in Graves Circuit Court to a maximum of five years for facilitation to murder.
DeCourcey is scheduled to be sentenced to life in prison in Graves Circuit Court on August 14th, 2023.
