Metropolis man arrested on theft, drug charges

A theft complaint at a laundromat ended in charges for a Metropolis man.

Police responded to a laundromat on East 5th Street and reviewed surveillance footage. Officers said the suspect was identified as 41-year-old Robert Little.

Little was arrested two hours later and a search of his person reportedly uncovered methamphetamine.

He was taken to the Massac County jail on charges of theft and possession of methamphetamine.
