Man charged with Mayfield burglary attempt

Police were called on Wednesday to a Mayfield home for a report of a burglary in progress.

According to police, the caller told dispatchers that a man had kicked open their front door and was acting aggressively toward the occupants.

After interviewing witnesses, police said they arrested Dylan I. Sanchez.

He was booked into to the Christian County Jail on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
