Lockdown drill in Livingston County prompts concern from parents

An unannounced lockdown drill Wednesday at Livingston Central High School prompted concern online from parents.

Livingston County Schools said in a release that the drill was conducted to "provide for a safer environment for all students." The Livingston County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the McCracken County Sheriff's Office.

Following the drill, a sweep of the school was performed using trained drug dogs.
