Groundbreaking held for Paducah Sports Park

Groundbreaking ceremonies were held Monday morning for the new Paducah Sports Park.

This project that is a partnership among McCracken County, the City of Paducah, McCracken County Sports Tourism Commission and Sports Facilities Companies will transform the former Bluegrass Downs site and Stuart Nelson Park by bringing tournament quality sporting facilities to Paducah-McCracken County.

The site is slated to open in the fall of 2025.
