Griffin files to run for Paducah City Commission

Trey Griffin announced his candidacy Thursday for a seat on the City of Paducah Board of Commissioners. 

Griffin, owner of Griffin Plumbing and Piping, Inc., said he decided to file because he feels he has a skillset conducive to helping the city work toward being more cost effective and business friendly.  

Griffin has been an independent business owner for the last twenty years and has served on boards such as the City of Paducah's planning and zoning board. 

"Paducah is at a crucial point for our future progress. It is important we work with the County and become as cost effective as possible. I believe in a common sense approach and believe I can help our community advance." Griffin said.  

He mentioned he looked forward to the campaign trail and meeting more constituents in the city of Paducah. 

In addition to owning multiple businesses in Paducah, Trey is a native of Carlisle County. He is a father of three and enjoys spending time with his family .
