Gilbertsville woman arrested on charges at Calvert City hotel

A GIlbertsville woman was arrested Sunday after failing to leave a hotel where she had been employed.

Calvert City police said 28-year-old Sharon Denise McLean had been asked to leave a room at the AmeriVu Inn, but failed to comply.

Officers made contact with McLean and learned she had an active warrant in Marshall County charged with failure to appear.

She was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for a THC vape pen that was found in her pocket during a search.
