A Georgia man in a hurry found himself behind bars after a high-speed pass through Marshall County.
Calvert City Police and the Marshall County Sheriff's Office stopped a Dodge Challenger for speeding and reckless driving along I-69 after reportedly clocking it with radar at 125 mph on I-24. The driver, identified as 30-year-old James Nathanael White of Jonesboro, Georgia, was allegedly observed passing vehicles on the shoulders of the road at a high rate of speed, as well.
Once finally stopped after merging onto I-69, White was arrested and charged with speeding 26 mph or greater over the limit and reckless driving. He was taken to the Marshall County Detention Center.
