Gas prices in the region take a tumble this week

Consumers in the region are payling a little less for gas in the region this week.

Triple A's East Central Gas Report out Monday finds prices in West Central Kentucky are nine cents lower this week at $3.99 per gallon, down from $4.08 last week.

Paducah's average price this week stands at $3.96 per gallon, three cents below the regional average.  

Nationally, the average per gallon this week is at $4.47 per gallon.  It was also noted that Kentucky's average price of $4.12 per gaoon is one of the top ten lowest in the nation.
