Detroit man arrested after Marshall County disturbance

A Detroit, Michigan man was arrested in Marshall County on Wednesday.

The Marshall County's Sheriff's Office said they were called to a disturbance on Low Road.

When they arrived, 53-year-old Dion Finely was not at the residence.  It was learned he had multiple out-of-state warrants for his arrest.

Deputies located Finely a short time later at a Bee Springs Road residence.  

At first, he would not come out, but with help from the Marshall County Special Response team, he was apprehended.

Local charges against Finely are being a fugitive from justice, criminal mischief and criminal tresspass charges.
