Decorative panel missing, believed stolen from Eggners Ferry bridge

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a decorative panel is missing from a bridge in Marshall County.

KYTC believes the panel was removed on Wednesday or Thursday from the Eggners Ferry Bridge that carries US 68 and 80 across Kentucky Lake.

There are similar panels along the multi-use trail that runs from Kenlake State Park to the trail system in Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area.  

KYTC says a temporary barrier will be put in place on the bridge until a replacement can be made.
