Dawson Springs High School student dies in hunting accident

A Dawson Springs High school student died Saturday in a hunting accident.

Superintendant Lenny Whalen announced in a social media post the death of junior Aden McKinney, who succumbed to injuries suffered in the accident.  Whalen extended condolences to family, friends, classmates, and all who are grieving.

Counselors and support staff will be available for students and faculty on Monday and as needed.
