Kentucky Congressman James Comer saw the pardon of Hunter Biden coming, and he predicted it in a new book.
The Chairman of the House Oversight Committee told West Kentucky Star that he knew President Biden would pardon his son Hunter. Comer said he believes more Biden family pardons are coming. In a new book, "All the President's Money", Comer predicts that Biden's brother Jim will also receive a pardon ahead of the 46th President's departure from office. He thinks there could be others, as well, who will get blanket pardons.
Comer blasted portions of the media for ignoring the alleged activities of the Bidens.
"The worst thing for me was the mainstream media would just turn a blind eye to it and say there was no evidence, no wrongdoing, no smoking gun. Give me a break. I think the American People saw through that in the election. And I think that was one of the factors in getting the Democrats to squeeze Joe Biden out of the race."
Looking ahead, Comer said he and the chair of the Judicial Committee, Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan, will sit down with incoming Attorney General Pam Bondi to determine next steps. Comer suggested that government employees who directed internal investigations to stop should be charged.
"I want to hold the people in the government accountable for the cover ups, because there were people in the IRS, there were people in the Department of Justice, there were people in the FBI, and people at the Securities and Exchange Commission that led investigations and spent, you know, I would argue, hundreds of thousands of dollars of tax dollars investigating this corruption, but then they were told to stand down."
Comer said that investigating others but being told to leave the Bidens alone shows a two-tier form of justice. He said that he wants to make an example of those individuals involved in the cover ups.
"I'm after them as much as the Bidens."
Comer's book hits shelves in January but is available for preorder now.
