Calvert man wanted in Crittenden County arrested, new charges added

A Calvert City man wanted on outstanding warrants from Crittenden County was arrested Saturday and he faces new charges. 

Calvert City Police spotted 33-year-old Jordan Scott Wadsworth outside the Fivestar at US 62 and Oak Park Boulevard. The officer recognized Wadsworth and knew of the warrants for failure to appear from Crittenden County. Wadsworth was arrested on those warrants. 

He will also face charges of possession of marijuana and another unspecified drug, as well as having a prescription for a controlled substance that was not in the proper container after those items were reportedly discovered at the time of the arrest.
