The Calloway County Sheriff's Office is seeking donations for their new Drug Abuse Resistance Education program.
The Sheriff's Office shared a post on Facebook Wednesday saying they have recently started a D.A.R.E. program for 5th graders and need the public's help.
In the post they said D.A.R.E. is not about “just say no” anymore: "We envision a world were students everywhere are empowered to respect others and choose to lead lives free from violence, substance use, and other dangerous behaviors."
To donate you can call the Sheriff's Office at 270-753-3151 or donate in person.
