Videos show multiple break-ins on western edge of Paducah

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office began receiving complaints around 7 am Friday of thieves roaming through neighborhoods on the western edge of Paducah. 

During the investigation, deputies and detectives received multiple videos from neighborhood residents showing two people searching through cars and entering garages.  Most of the attempted thefts appear to have occurred between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM. 

The thieves were wearing hooded sweatshirts, gloves, and masks, in an effort not to be identified. 

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office asks residents to please lock their vehicles, lock their doors, close their garages, and if so equipped, set their house alarm.
