An argument between a couple on Tuesday afternoon ended with a stabbing and one person going to jail.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office said a 911 call around 3:17 p.m. came in from a man who said his girlfriend was threatening him with a knife. The man called from an apartment on South Friendship Road.
When deputies arrived, their investigation alleged that in the course of the argument, 25-year-old Connie Gordon stabbed her boyfriend in the leg. Evidence of the assault led the deputies to arrest Gordon on a charge of assault domestic violence.
Gordon was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
