Home visit to Paducah parolee results in three arrests

Three people were arrested during a home visit on Wednesday to a Paducah parolee.

During the visit to the home on South 5th Street in Paducah, authorities discovered the parolee, 29-year-old Zachary N. Bindoo, was allegedly in possession of cocaine, marijuana, and methamphetamine. 

The other resident, 48-year-old Rachel M. Artis, is also on supervised parole. She and a third person present, 35-year-old Tiffany N. Wring, were alleged to be in possession of methamphetamine. Artis and Wring also had outstanding warrants for failure to appear in McCracken County District Court.

All three were taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.

The home visit was conducted by the Kentucky Department of Probation and Parole, along with Drug Division detectives and deputies from the McCracken County Sheriff's Office.
