Anne Bidwell has been named as the new Director of Human Resources and Districtwide Communications for Paducah Public Schools.
Bidwell comes to Paducah Public Schools from United Way of Western Kentucky, where she has served as Regional Impact Manager since 2018. She was responsible for creating and executing community impact programs and events in seven western Kentucky counties.
Bidwell has been an active volunteer with Paducah Public Schools, serving on the Paducah Middle school-based decision-making council for four years. She served as a PTHS Youth Service Center Advisory Council Member from 2019 to 2023 and has previously served on the Paducah Public Schools Racial Equity Audit Committee and the Paducah Parks Department Master Plan Steering Committee.
Her work with the district will begin November 13.
