Girl Scouts Host 'Desserts First' Saturday

Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana's Bear Creek Service Center will hold its fifth annual "Desserts First" fundraising event on Saturday from 6-8 pm.

Paducah's finest restaurant chefs will create original desserts, using the well-known Girl Scout Cookie varieties as the key ingredient and present them for tasting at the Julian Carroll Convention Center.

This signature event is open to the public and will create an opportunity in which guests may network and enjoy an evening with friends, while sampling delicious, one-of-a-kind desserts created for this event. The evening will also include music, hors d’oeuvres, auctions, and crowning the best dessert of the event.

Tickets are $30 each, and can be purchased at the door. Corporate tables are $300.
