The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans to restrict eastbound traffic to one lane on the Interstate 24 Tennessee River Bridge on Thursday. Average retail gasoline prices in Kentucky have risen 7.6 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.66 a gallon Monday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,623 gas outlets in Kentucky. A West Frankfort man was killed Friday evening after crashing his motorcycle.
